FRP Hand Layup Products are produced with one of the oldest FRP production process “FRP Hand Layup Production Process” (also called contact molding). It requires to laminate fiberglass materials (such as fiberglass mat, woven roving) onto the mold surface and followed by brushing with resin. Very normally the resin is cured at room temperature or lower heating and the FRP is formed under non pressure or lower pressure.
The FRP Hand Layup Production is one of the oldest production processes; it is used widely especially when the FRP products are non standard, large size, small quantity and complicated dimensions. With more then 15 year's experience, we have a whole complete FRP Hand Layup quality control system, and could supply to our clients with mold design, mold produce, sample supply, batch produce, product cut, drill and machine.
