Production and use of FRP grille

FRP grille is not very familiar to many people, today I would like to focus on the production and use of it in the process of attention.

First of all, attention should be paid to the principle of selecting filler amount of FRP grille:

1. Ensure the appropriate temperature of glue;

2. Ensure that filler particles can be soaked by glue;

3. Ensure the ideal adhesion strength and other adhesion compliance.

Requirement of FRP grating for packing:

1. The external activity is large, such as white carbon black, and the external immersion of silane primer, which can roughly promote the bonding strength. Aluminum powder and asbestos powder are active, and effective results are obtained in the phenol-butyl eyeball, epoxy and organosilicon adhesive.

2. All fillers shall not contain crystal water and shall be dried;

3. Neutral or slightly alkaline is preferred;

4. And other components shall not be subject to chemistry and shall not corrupt the adhesive;

5. The particle size of powder filler is small

Temperature considerations when using FRP grille:

Fiberglass grilles usually inherit temperatures between -20 degrees and 80 degrees above which they will deform or be affected. Therefore, in the process of application must be the critical temperature.
