(1) the impact strength of GFRP grid cover plate is highly anisotropic. As the fiber orientation of the GFRP grille cover plate and the GFRP grille are planar layer by layer, it is easy to cause interlamination when impact along the direction perpendicular to the plane. Therefore, the impact value in the vertical plane direction is significantly lower than that in the parallel plane.
(2) the impact strength of GFRP grid cover plate is sensitive to the notch, and the deeper the notch, the lower the impact strength. However, there are exceptions. The impact value in the direction of 450 increases with the depth of the notch.
(3) when the plane impact is perpendicular to the GFRP grille cover layer, the impact value increases with the increase of sample thickness.
(4) the influence of temperature is the same as that of static strength, that is, the lower the temperature, the higher the impact strength.
